Alcalime

The list of lime applications in chemical industry can be almost as long as the list of chemical elements. Mineral fertilizers, carbide, propylene oxide or plastics – with Alcalime every production is quick and efficient.

Main benefits:

• it provides the highest amount of active lime,

Component:

• milled quicklime,  the product obtained in the process of crushing quicklime lumps,
• quicklime lumps. Its main component is calcium oxide. This product is available in number of grain sizes,
• slaked quicklime (hydrated lime), the product obtained in the slaking process of quicklime (a chemical reaction of calcium oxide  with water). In this  process calcium hydroxide is obtained,
• limestone powder obtained in the process of  milling limestone to a particular grain size.
